Our focus is to provide to our customer healthy, tasty, Oklahoma-raised buffalo meat and other buffalo products.  Let us be your source for healthy bison meat, jerky, sticks, summer sausage, and breakfast sausage.   The benefits of bison meat comes from the characteristics of bison.  Bison does not marble fat (put fat in the muscle)  The result is less fat and calories per pound.  

Our bulls are raised roaming the pastures and never put into feed lots.  Bulls are processed between 900 and 1,200 pounds and between 18 and 30 months of age.  Animals that are older than 30 months are not used for steak or roast.  Older animals are only used for burger, jerky or other meat products.

Bison may be a little higher than that of other meats, but, it is important to understand that with the extra health benefits of bison, the consumer is receiving a bargain!

Wichita Buffalo Company meat is available in restaurants and stores in the following cities: Oklahoma City, Norman, Tulsa, Enid.  We deliver weekly to the Oklahoma City area stores. We are at the OSU OKC Farmers Market every Saturday.  Our products are also available through the Oklahoma Food Cooperative.
